Program Cost

Tuition rates vary depending on degree or certificate program. The total program cost for a degree or certificate will be higher for students that have not previously satisfied prerequisite requirements.

Other course materials, including textbooks, may be required for purchase and typically costs $150-$300 per course. Students are responsible for providing their own computer and internet access.

Tuition rates are subject to change, updates take effect each Fall semester. Other course fees may apply.

Payment Methods

  • You can make payments online through the myUCCS portal using an electronic check or credit card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express)

  • Enroll in a payment plan easily through your myUCCS portal for a minimal fee per semester.

  • Submit your Letter of Authorization-Third Party Sponsorship through your student portal.

    A 3rd party sponsor payment/scholarship is a person or group not related to you who makes a commitment to pay your educational expenses when billed by UCCS. Third party sponsor payments/scholarships are subject to the same federal reporting requirements as other financial aid.

  • Submit your Tuition Assistance Voucher by e-mail to tuitasst@uccs.edu or fax to 719-255-3023 (Attn: Tuition Assistance).

    Military tuition benefits come with many restrictions, so it important to check with your education office to see if these classes are approved by your command. Students using the Post 9/11 GI Bill must be enrolled in at least one on-ground class in order to receive their full housing allowance. Students taking all online courses will receive a reduced housing rate. Please see post 9/11 GI bill information and UCCS tuition FAQ for more information on the Post 9/11 GI Bill.

  • If you need information about how to apply for financial aid awards (scholarships/ grants/ loans/ etc.), you must contact the Financial Aid Office. If you have already applied for aid, and there is money left over after your aid is applied to your total balance (tuition/fees/etc.), you will receive a disbursement for the remaining funds. At this website, you will find important information regarding your disbursement, including tentative disbursement dates and direct deposit forms. If you are a Perkins Loan recipient, you will also find contact info if you have questions.
